A delicious creamy drink
Here is a wonderful recipe that is going to taste just like Baileys only it's homemade. Ingredients: Flask of St.Remeys Brandy, or Barcardi's rum (dark) 3 tins carnation milk for every 1 tin of condensed milk 1 nutmeg seed, 2 sticks of cinnamon. If you do not like carnation milk you can use the equivalent amount of 2% milk, and Angustura bitters. In a medium sized pan pour milk and place over medium heat on stove. Grate nutmeg and mix, add the 2 sticks of cinnamon, keep mixing until the mixture is about to boil. Remove from stove and add flask of brandy or rum. Sprinkle mixture with Angustura Bitters, no more than 1/4 teaspoon. Leave to cool then fill the empty flask and some other sterilized bottle. Put in fridge to chill. Serve with crushed ice. It's very delicious so be careful how much you drink. Can be used in coffee also. Hope you enjoy this! My dad taught me this recipe.
